Congratulations to Reverend who, after lots of guesses, correctly found Bumblebee (or a GT concept Camaro) hidden in the fuzz.
Perhaps shoes/sandals? Loafs of bread still in the pan? Lol. I'm almost positive it's two things, a pair maybe... But idk.
It's one item. And I think I'll give you all a hint:

I see something that looks like a book, but there's a shadow that's pretty much like a hammer. I'm pretty sure I'm wrong though.
Maybe I could open the picture in Photoshop and play with the levels, but that would be cheating. And I'm too lazy...
